Good afternoon,
 
First of all, thank you so much for supporting your child to be part of the choir this year!  They have worked very hard to be ready to participate in the Chilliwack Music and Dance Festival!
 
Reminders:
  • Parents need to drop off (9 am) and pick up (3:15 pm) from the Culture Center
  • ***If you will be late, please email me or text me at 604-378-8925
  • Students need a lunch, a labelled water bottle, and in "concert dress" (Leary top and black bottoms).  Mrs. Boyes will have extra shirts available to sign out at the festival.  Please also dress for the weather as we will go out for some movement breaks.
  • Admission for parents/guardians, and guests is $10 cash paid at the door
  • Festival policy does not allow any photos, videos or recordings.  There will be an opportunity after the performance for a quick photo on stage.  
  • Warm-up time is 12:15, and Performance and Workshop time is 1:20 - 1:50.
Volunteers Needed!
      I am still looking for parent volunteers who have provided the office with a completed criminal record check.  Please let me know if you can help and I will ensure you have a "ticket."  You will also get two front-row seats at the Celebration Concert.
 
Celebration Concert: 
MONDAY, March 11th, 3:30 - 4:30 is our Celebration Concert with the band.  This is a fundraising concert to help offset the costs of this festival.  Students will be singing songs from the festival and our band will also be sharing their festival songs. 
      ​*** Want a front-row seat????  Volunteer to help at this concert.
